Ryan Dudoit-Polido, Owner
Aloha, My name is Ryan Dudoit-Polido and I am the owner-operator of Small Fox LLC. I am born and raised on Molokai, therefore I am familiar with the various districts' landscapes. As a high school student, I began volunteering alongside Ka Honua Momona, restoring and maintaining the Ali’i Fishpond by removing mangroves, chipping, mulching, etc. Those years volunteering gave me the knowledge and abilities necessary to preserve a historically significant site that is very important to Molokai. In my recent years of employment before Small Fox, I assisted with grounds keeping at a company location before pursuing a career in a constructive field. That career path helped me gain the necessary knowledge and ability to operate heavy machinery. If there’s one thing to know about me it’s my strive for success, not only for myself but for my family, my business, my employees and my work. I will always give my absolute best efforts in all that I do,

Alika Kalilikane Delos Reyes, Supervisor
Aloha, my name is Alika.
In my previous years of employment I worked alongside some amazing people who trained me and instilled a knowledge into me that I carry with me everyday.
I’ve worked in construction, carpentry, landscape, etc. Those positions helped me gain the knowledge and skill to succeed in what I enjoy to do.
Working for Small Fox LLC I get to put a lot of that skill to use.
I always give my 110% in everything I do and you can count on that. We look forward to working with you on your next home/land project.
